Thai Boxing
Sarah began her Muay Thai training in January of 2022, and fought at the World Kickboxing Association in August 2023, earning her a medal.
Alongside Muay Thai, she started Jiu Jitsu in April of 2023, and continues training weekly.
While training, Sarah has learned that skill develops through consistency, commitment and strong teamwork. Fighting has given her the ability to stand with unwavering certainty even in the face of physical harm, and has taught her to trust the hard work she puts in each and every day.
Sarah began her strength journey through daily pilates and yoga over a decade ago, and continues to lift and exercise regularly to maintain her strength, stamina and flexibility.
